Junibel's Bakery is a cozy, small-batch microbakery based in Smiths Falls, Ontario, founded by Chelsey Mohns and named in honour of her daughters. What began as a personal passion for baking has grown into a community-focused business known for handcrafted soft pretzels, European-inspired breads and treats, and seasonal specialties such as Black Forest cookies, strawberry apple strudel, cruffins, and other sweet and savoury baked goods. All items are made from scratch with quality ingredients, emphasizing flavour, texture, and care in every batch.
Products are available at local markets—including the Kemptville Farmers' Market, Smiths Falls Open Air Market, and select holiday or artisan events—as well as through direct orders and catering options for meetings or gatherings.
