Bitty Birds Bakery
Bitty Birds Bakery is a cozy, home-based, gluten-free bakery nestled in Iroquois, Ontario-where everything is made with love (and zero gluten). Founded in December 2023 by Ashley and Kevin Miedema, Bitty Birds is a fully registered and inspected kitchen dedicated to baking treats that are safe and “suspiciously good”.
Ashley who has celiac disease started the bakery after years of struggling to find gluten-free goodies that didn’t taste like cardboard or leave family recipes behind. Now she brings her heritage (and Kevin’s!) to life in every batch.
