Bitty Birds Bakery is a cozy, home-based, dedicated gluten-free and nut-free bakery in Iroquois, Ontario. Founded in December 2023 by Ashley and Kevin Miedema, it operates from a fully registered and inspected kitchen, creating small-batch treats that are celiac-safe and full of flavour. Inspired by Ashley’s experience with celiac disease, the bakery recreates nostalgic family recipes without gluten, delivering baked goods that taste truly exceptional. Products include cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and more, with vegan and dairy-free options often available. As part of Celiac Canada’s Ottawa chapter discount program, active members receive 10% off with their card. Select items are also sold at Loughlin’s Country Store in Mountain.
