New Pioneer Farm (also known as Ellis Farm) is a small, family-operated farm dedicated to producing high-quality, local goods in the Merrickville area of Ontario. The farm specializes in small-batch, pure Canadian maple syrup tapped and processed traditionally, along with a range of homemade preserves including maple pumpkin apple butter, sauerkraut, sweet and spicy thai sauce, pickled beets, and other seasonal specialties.
